Part of my order is missing. What should I do?Updated a year ago

Depending on availability, some books in your order may ship separately. It is therefore possible that the missing item may be coming in a later shipment. 

Your dispatch confirmation email will list the items that have been sent. 

If the missing item is not listed in this email then you may need to wait for it to be shipped.

If the missing item is listed in this email, then please let us know right away using the contact link below and we will be happy to help you. Please include your order number and details of the book(s) in question.

Please note: You must report any issues within 30 days of receiving your order.
