What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?Updated a year ago

Please pay close attention to estimated delivery dates listed on our website.  

If your order cannot fit through the letterbox or requires a signature then you should receive a calling card. This card is from the courier and lets you know where your parcel is and how you can collect it. In most cases the delivery company will make several attempts before returning the parcel to our warehouse. 

Please get in touch and let us know if you believe that your order has been returned to us. We will be happy to refund the cost of your order to the original form of payment as soon as the parcel has been received by our warehouse.
