How do I redeem a Gift Card?

As soon as you purchase a gift card, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique redemption code. Simply enter this code at checkout and the balance of the gift card will automatically be applied to your order. 

Can I send a Gift Card to someone else?

Yes! We're working on making it easier to have gift cards sent directly to their intended recipient when you buy them. In the meantime, simply forward the confirmation email you receive and the recipient can use the included code the redeem the gift card.   

Can I buy a Gift Card in GBP or CAD?

Unfortunately gift cards can only be bought and redeemed in USD. Any denomination purchased in CAD or GBP will be converted to your local currency at the time of your order and then back to USD when they are redeemed.
