Important Notice for our UK and international customers
Our UK distributor, Marston Book Services, has recently announced their intention to go into administration and we are moving to a new distributor with immediate effect.
We are working to transfer our books and get set up with our new distributor as quickly as possible. However, this situation means that fulfilment of all orders is likely going to be delayed until mid-September.
In addition, the shipping method for your order is going to change. UK orders will be shipped Royal Mail Tracked 48, while international orders will be sent by FedEx.
All ebooks will still be available for download in your Verso Library, and any new ebooks purchased will still be delivered immediately.
We’re very sorry for this delay and sincerely appreciate your patience.
What if I’ve already placed an order?
Any orders placed after 23rd July are being held in our system and will be dispatched just as soon as books are available to ship from our new distributor.
I’m a Book Club member—what will happen to my August and September shipments?
Your Book Club order will be dispatched along with all other orders in September.
The book I want is showing as unavailable on the Verso website. Why?
In order to get up and running at our new distributor as soon as possible, we are transferring our books in phases. The first group of books are going to be available for dispatch in September. All remaining titles will be updated with an estimated dispatch date as soon as we have one.
I recently received my Verso order but something is wrong and I need a replacement.
Please send us an email. Our ability to reship your book(s) will depend on their availability.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders destined for the United Kingdom are shipped from our UK distributor, Marston Book Services. Orders are submitted to the warehouse as soon as they are confirmed, and then take 1–2 days to process prior to dispatch.
Depending on availability, some items in your order may be shipped separately. If you notice something missing from your shipping confirmation email, please let us know and we’ll be happy to check on it for you.
How long will it take and what will it cost?
After your order is dispatched, shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

*Please note that all shipping times listed above (including express delivery) are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping times are counted from the date that your order is dispatched. A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email, which you will receive as soon as your order leaves the warehouse (please see below for instructions on tracking your order, as these vary depending on the shipping method).
How do I track my order?
Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number that you can use to follow your parcel's journey using the relevant tracking portal.
