When will my order be shipped?
Orders destined for the United Kingdom are shipped from our UK distributor, Marston Book Services. Orders are submitted to the warehouse as soon as they are confirmed, and then take 2–4 days to process prior to dispatch.
Depending on availability, some items in your order may be shipped separately. If you notice something missing from your shipping confirmation email, please let us know and we’ll be happy to check on it for you.
How long will it take and what will it cost?
After your order is dispatched, shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

*Please note that the shipping times listed above are counted from the date that your order is dispatched. We ask that you please allow for possible delays. A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email, which you will receive as soon as your order leaves the warehouse (please see below for instructions on tracking your order, as these vary depending on the shipping method).
Please note that Royal Mail Second Class is only available for orders under 2kg.
How do I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email will contain a 12 digit tracking number that you can use to follow your parcel's journey using the Yodel tracking portal.
