My order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time. What should I do?Updated 2 years ago
We send you an email as soon as your order is shipped so that you can find out when it will arrive. Our Shipping Information page contains details on delivery methods and timescales.
For tracked orders, you can use the tracking link provided in your confirmation email to follow your parcel's journey. If you haven't received your order within the time estimated in your shipping confirmation email, the first thing to do is check your tracking information.
Have you checked for any delivery cards? Your parcel may have been left somewhere safe, such as with a neighbour or been taken to a local depot.
If you believe that your order is lost, please get in touch straight away.
