I'm a bookseller. Can I order books for my shop online?Updated 11 days ago

We love working with independent book stores! We know the temptation can be to order through our website because of the ease. However, we would ask booksellers to order directly through either the Verso sales team or through our distributors, Macmillan in UK and Export territories or PRH for North America. Our ecommerce system is designed to service our end user customers rather than booksellers.

The reasons we ask this are:

  1. If you liaise with our sales teams directly you will get prompt service with good discounts, credit terms and excellent customer service.
  2. We can connect you with our international sales representatives and they will be able to assist you and provide you with up to date information that will be beneficial for you as a bookseller.
  3. It's really helpful for our sales teams to understand what booksellers are ordering and what they require - it will help us provide better service.
  4. We can invite you to join our bookseller mailing lists to get the latest information on forthcoming titles and potential special offers.
  5. Sending large bulk or wholesale orders through ecommerce distribution networks is not as secure as through our trade distributors.
  6. Issues with tax and customs are usually more straightforward when working with our distributors.

If you would like to place a large order please use the contact information below:

UK and rest of world: [email protected]

You can find additional information on our website's Contact Pages

Please note: our website can now only accept orders under 20kg. Any orders being placed for resale will be cancelled and refunded onto the original form of payment.
