When will my order be shipped?
Orders destined for the United Kingdom are shipped from our UK distributor, Penguin Random House. Orders are submitted to the warehouse as soon as they are confirmed, and then take 2–4 days to process prior to dispatch.
Depending on availability, some items in your order may be shipped separately. If you notice something missing from your shipping confirmation email, please let us know and we’ll be happy to check on it for you.

How do I track my order?
Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking (waybill) number that you can use to follow your parcel’s journey using the DHL tracking portal.
What happened to £10 shipping?
Second class air mail is unfortunately too unreliable to use, so all international orders are now shipped by DHL. We realise that this method is significantly more expensive, and we're very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this increase in price.
